Administration Officer
- Provide administrative support to a SEND service data migration project.
- Undertake high-volume data entry and cleansing of historic records.
- Validate and check data quality across two internal systems.
- Support the maintenance of accurate electronic records and databases.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Contribute to service continuity and quality through reliable administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, review and update large volumes of data accurately.
- Cleanse historic records to ensure information is correct and consistent.
- Cross-check information across systems to maintain data integrity.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues through appropriate channels.
- Maintain manual and electronic systems to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and security.
- Assist with basic data analysis and produce information or reports where required.
- Support teams with general administrative activities as needed.
Skills and experience
- Experience providing administrative or data support in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets.
- Confident IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and other database systems.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- A Level qualifications or equivalent experience.
Working arrangements
- Hybrid working model.
- Office attendance required 1 day per week (Friday).
- Remaining working time completed remotely.
