Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (Mobile)
Location: Southampton (Multi-Site Role)
Salary: £13.49 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple sites across Southampton. This is a mobile role, so a full, clean driving licence is essential, along with prior experience managing multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising cleaning operations across multiple client sites
- Conducting regular site visits and quality checks
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing staff performance and ensuring high standards are met
- Handling administrative duties, including reporting and scheduling
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a multi-site supervisory role (cleaning or similar)
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good IT skills and confidence with administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional at all times
