Fund Management Contracts Manager - Real Estate/Commercial Property
Hybrid working (Candidates must be able to attend office meetings and live within commuting distance of London)

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Fund Management Contracts Manager to oversee and actively manage a high-value Fund Management Contract. This role focuses on implementing a robust performance monitoring system and contributing to the development of the contract specification for future procurement.
Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will operate in a hybrid work pattern, attending in-office meetings as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the existing Fund Management Contract, ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance monitoring system.
- Analyse contract operations and recommend improvements.
- Assist in drafting the specification for the upcoming contract.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Resolve contract disputes efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the achievement of KPIs and performance targets.
Essential Screening Criteria:
- Demonstrable experience managing large contracts valued up to £1 million.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Successful track record in managing and resolving contract disputes.
- Experience in drafting or contributing to contract specifications.
- Evidence of successful KPI management within previous contract roles.
