Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: Circa £14 per hour, paid weekly
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable gardener to join our team working on housing estates in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey. You will be working alongside a small team (3-4 staff members) carrying out a variety of horticultural tasks including grass cutting, weeding, and shrub work. You will be responsible for using a range of gardening tools and equipment, and your day will start and finish in SE15.
Requirements:
- Essential:
- Full UK clean driving licence (must be able to drive a 3.5-ton van)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in gardening (including grass cutting and shrub work) within parks or housing estates
- Desirable:
- BE Licence (Trailer experience)
- NVQ in Horticulture
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Good knowledge and experience with gardening tools (strimmers, mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and hand tools)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
