About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator/Configurator to join our dynamic team in Warsaw. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge enterprise systems and tools, supporting critical infrastructure in a client-facing capacity. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment, utilize all available licenses, and identify opportunities to drive growth and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical backbone for client environments, ensuring seamless configuration and operation of z/OS and other major systems.
  • Support customers in getting the most value out of their licenses while identifying new ways to expand system usage.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure growth targets are met and exceeded.
  • Implement and maintain configurations for system monitoring tools, including AMI Monitor for CICS, AMI Auto Operator, or BMC Mainview.
  • Maintain and secure enterprise environments across Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms.
  • Contribute to system optimization through scripting, automation, and advanced troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years experience with z/OS systems or major subsystems (e.g., STORAGE, IMS, CICS, DB2).
  • Hands-on experience with AMI Monitor for CICS, AMI Auto Operator, or Mainview products.
  • Proficient with IBM utilities and RACF commands.
  • Strong understanding and ability to write REXX scripts.
  • Familiarity with Assembler programming (preferred but not required).
  • At least 5 years of experience with Windows/Unix/Linux systems administration, configuration, and security.
  • Experience with Splunk Enterprise is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in scripting and batch file creation.
  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages (C, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of networking and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Strong diagnostics, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities.
