Maintenance Electrician
Location: Truro, Cornwall
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: circa £20.00 per hour
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a qualified 18th Edition Maintenance Electrician to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works across three permanent sites in Cornwall, with occasional support to other engineers across the region when required.
This is a varied role offering stable hours, overtime opportunities, and company-provided equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Working across three permanent sites in Cornwall
- Assisting other engineers on additional sites when required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations
- Accurately completing relevant paperwork and reports
Requirements
- 18th Edition qualification (essential)
- All certifications and qualifications up to date
- DBS clearance (essential)
- Test & Inspect qualification advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
