🔍 The Role
We're formalising and strengthening our compliance framework to keep pace with customer demand and international growth. You'll be instrumental in building and maintaining a robust compliance posture across:
- SOC 2
- ISO 9001
- ISO 27001
- Emerging requirements including SOC 1 and SOCI (Australia)

🧩 You'll Be Responsible For:
- Driving and maintaining compliance across key standards (SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
- Monitoring and preparing for new requirements (e.g., SOCI, SOC 1)
- Working closely with leadership and technical teams to embed controls, processes, and reporting
- Coordinating audits and liaising with external assessors
- Ensuring policies, documentation, and training are aligned with industry best practices
- Supporting a culture of continuous improvement around risk and compliance
🤝 You'll Work With:
- The leadership team to align compliance with business strategy
- Engineering and technical teams to integrate controls and ensure scalable practices
- External partners and assessors to maintain certifications and fulfill audit requirements
✅ What You Bring:
- Proven experience with one or more of SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 (SOC 1/SOCI a plus)
- Ability to translate complex standards into practical, scalable processes
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- A pragmatic mindset-able to balance compliance with business agility
