About the Role

As a Onboarding Specialist you will guide new clients through the setup and activation of our platform. You'll be the go-to expert ensuring clients are fully trained, configured, and optimized for success. This is a structured, detail-driven role that requires excellent communication, strong technical troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customers from training to full account activation.
  • Configure clients content for maximum performance across the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and technical issues.
  • Develop and improve onboarding resources (guides, templates, help articles).
  • Accurately track progress and communication in CRM.
  • Set clear expectations with clients and hold firm to structured processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years' experience in onboarding, product support, or technical helpdesk.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proven troubleshooting ability.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking - able to manage multiple clients at different stages.
  • Professional, clear, and confident communicator.
  • Comfortable in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, or CMS tools.

  • $60-65k salary
  • Hybrid role (Austin Highland office + home).
