They are leaders in delivering high-performance infrastructure projects across the globe. As demand for digital infrastructure continues to rise, they are expanding our team with a seasoned Construction Project Manager who has a proven track record of managing data centre builds from conception through to commissioning and handover.
The Role:
As the Construction Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full life cycle of data centre construction projects. This includes managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, health & safety, and quality control - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire construction process of data centre projects from ground-breaking to final commissioning.
- Established relationships with current cloud providers/clients in this space
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
- Monitor and control budgets and project costs.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Drive quality assurance and risk management throughout the project.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrable experience managing data centre construction projects end-to-end.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, mission-critical environments, and Tier certifications.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with modern project management tools and reporting systems.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
