Senior Cost Manager
We are looking for a strategic and driven Senior Cost Manager to lead the commercial delivery of multiple projects across the full lifecycle. This role requires strong client engagement, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex cost challenges while ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage estimates, cost plans, RFPs, cost reports, cash flows, and value engineering documentation
- Lead client meetings and presentations, building strong stakeholder relationships
- Review leases and contracts, support development analysis and industry benchmarking
- Manage multiple projects at varying stages of complexity
- Oversee design cost management and ensure financial control throughout
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Consistently demonstrate RICS Level 3 competencies
About You
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, finance, or a related field
- 5-7 years' experience within construction, architecture, engineering, or similar sectors
- Strong knowledge of market rates and cost economics
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project advantageous)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and client-driven
- Comfortable working autonomously and leading where required

- Ability to attend weekly meetings on active construction sites
