The company partners with global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, delivering critical components and systems across defense and commercial platforms.
The Opportunity
This is a mission-critical leadership role for an operations executive ready to drive transformation, scalability, and excellence across multiple facilities. You'll report directly to the company president, overseeing strategy, execution, and culture-ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and profitability at every site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy and execution across multiple aerospace manufacturing and MRO locations.
- Develop and deliver annual and long-term business plans that align with company growth objectives.
- Drive KPIs in throughput, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, demand planning, inventory, and logistics.
- Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce waste.
- Ensure all facilities maintain compliance with AS9100, FAA, ITAR, ISO, and customer-specific requirements.
- Manage capital and operating budgets, resource planning, and productivity programs.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and engagement.
- Partner with senior leadership to support new product introductions and site growth initiatives.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership within aerospace or another highly regulated industry.
- Proven experience leading multi-site operations with 400+ employees.
- Strong background in aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or systems integration.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP-driven environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (MBA preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel 30-40%.
